之前打乙組時 也是比完賽投完球就冰敷包起來
後來接觸到了一些新的觀念:
熱敷可以促進血液循環
比冰敷來得好 但不太方便就是了
還有接觸過其他不同的想法:
有一次投完手很酸,就問以前當過國手的隊友
「手很酸要怎處理」
他叫我去慢跑球場幾圈
我以為他在鬧 後來他解釋
慢跑可以放鬆肌肉
冰敷只能止痛 沒有實質保護手臂效果
自己是覺得有效果
想問問板上有打過球的版友感想
